An old middle-ages fortress in the very centre of Trapani
Together with the Castle over the sea, a Colombaia, and so named since it completes the town walls, it was part of the fortification built against the pirates' raids. You can see what's left at the point where the sea of Tramontana met the port, throughout a chanel.
The palace was built by D'Alìs between 1876 and 1904. It stands in Vittorio Veneto square.
