The palace was built by D'Alìs between 1876 and 1904. It stands in Vittorio Veneto square.

Built by D'Alìs between 1876 and 1904 it houses today the Town hall of Trapani. On the front top a big projecting frame and is divided into two orders: the lower part of the front, reveals smith ashlar works, while the upper level has boxed arches. On the central part of the front, opens a stately wooden door upon which there is a beautiful balcony. It preserves several neoclassical paintings which are now property of the Town Hall.
