Favignana is very suitable for cycling. Therefore bike, both normal and electric, is the main mean of transport on the island. It is also possible to get around by other vehicles, from scooter to car. You can also opt for the tourist train or traditional private mini bus. For boat lovers there is a wide range of rubber dinghies or boats.
Getting around Favignana is simple and cheap. For those who choose ferry to reach the island, it is possible to travel by own vehicles, from bikes to car. Beware though, from August to mid-September there are some limitations of access for vehicles. Instead if you reach the island by hydrofoil, once you arrive you can choose among several types of transport means to move and get around independently on the island.

Nido del Pellegrino guests can find their bike directly in residence (on request), choosing from normal bikes and electric bikes. The e-bike is recommended because it is comfortable and sustainable.

In addition to bikes, many visitors choose to move by scooter or car. Scooter is very requested. It is the ideal solution for those who like comfort and for those who want to get around quickly. The available scooters (125cc) are provided with helmet and assistance on the island. You can also rent a car, from typical cars (also in modern version) to Fiat Panda. Our rental agency can also provide Jeeps. Our staff will recommend and book your rental scooter or car. For those who rent a scooter directly at the port, we can provide assistance for transfer of your luggage.

As an alternative to rental, you can get around by the tourist train or a classic taxi (transfer with driver, in minibus). The tourist train is provided by Egadilandia. There are two different itineraries (with personalized tour on request). The long itinerary passes by Nido del Pellegrino.
If you want to reach the town or a restaurant at night time, we recommend transfer service. We will provide our guests all the useful information.
