Inside the church has been decorated following the Baroque taste in Alcamo. The red marble columns divide the hall into three aisles drawing a Latin cross and a large transept with the rectangular aspe that shows the big picture of both the Saints by Giuseppe Felice (1701). Several are the very refined plasters by Vincenzo and Gabriele Messina and precious are the frescoes By Antonio Lo Grano. Inside the Chapel consacrated to Maria Santissima del Miele, there is an anonimous picture of her from XIV/XV c.
