• Guaranteed Non-refundable rate, with pre-payment of the full amount at the time of booking, which includes cancellation with a refund up to 100% of the amount paid (also due to force majeure and pandemic):
• Surcharge of 5.00 euro / day in all seasons (minimum stay variable as standard rate)
• Minimum 7 nights in advance of your arrival date

General conditions and children rates: 

• Check-in: from 13.00 to 19.30 (on demand other time);
• Late check-in for a fee, after 20.30: 20,00 € per reservation;
• Check-out: within 09.30;
• Compulsory extra at the end of the stay: 15.00 for final cleaning;
• Children under the age of 2: free overnight stay (sleeping in parents' bed);
• Children between 3 and 10 years old: € 10.00 per day (€ 50.00 per week);

 Payment condition and cancellation policy: 

• For the confirmation of direct reservations (made by telephone or e-mail) at full rate, an advance payment (equal to 30% of the total amount) is required at the time of booking confirmation, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card - IN CASE OF CANCELLATION WITH COMMUNICATION WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL, A FULL REFUND IS PROVIDED, vice versa the amount paid will be retained.
• Alternatively, it is possible to provide the data of a credit card as a guarantee (with subsequent verification of the data provided and freezing of the amount of the first night of stay)
• HIGH and PEAK SEASON: in case of cancellation, in order to receive a full refund of any advance paid, IT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE COMMUNICATION WITHIN 21 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. Otherwise the fee paid will be withheld.
• For last-minute reservations (with one, max. 2 days in advance) it is possible to confirm without advance payment.
• On site it is possible to pay in cash and by credit card.
